The main challenges are secure data isolation, per-tenant configuration, and cost-efficient scaling. Approaches range from a shared schema with a tenant key to a database-per-tenant model, chosen based on security, compliance, and scale.

I specialize in designing scalable systems using TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS), Angular and React. On the cloud and infrastructure side, I have extensive production experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
